SHIPPING POLICY
● Due to Covid-19 Please allow 5-7 business days for processing, and 7-10 business days for shipping.
● For Custom units please allow 10-15 business days for processing. Each unit is made to your custom fittings, and likings.
● Shipments will be processed through USPS and or Fedex.

EXCHANGES
IF APPLICABLE, Please contact us at allthingzglam19@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving your order.
● Items must be in original condition, and may only be exchanged if wrong item and or Items were sent.

● Q: How long is shipping?

 A: Please allow 5-7 business days for processing, and 7-10 business days for shipping.

● Q: What origin is the hair?

 A: The origin of the hair is Indian, all hair pieces come from India.

● Q: How many bundles do I need?

A: 12-16” 2 or more bundles | 18-22” 3 or more bundles | 24-30” 4 or more bundles

● Q: Are the frontals and closures transparent lace?

A: Yes lace is transparent. Medium brown and HD lace are by request.

● Q: Can the hair be colored?

 A: Yes I recommend letting a professional stylist color the hair, if not requested. An extra $20 will be applied for coloring.

● Q: Can I make changes to my order?

 A: If you need to make a change you will need to contact us at
allthingzglam19@gmail.com as soon as possible, but changes are not guaranteed so please review your order before submitting.

● Q: Will my #613 hair be high maintenance?

A: Yes, #613 hair is bleach, and will be fragile, and easier to shed, due to the broken hair bonds. Use argan oil for hydration, and hydrating low sulfate shampoo and conditioner.

● Q: Does the hair shed?

A: Any manufactured hair that is stitched onto a weft will experience minimum shedding which is common. However proper maintenance will contribute to the longevity of the hair.

● Q: How long does the hair last?

A: With proper maintenance hair could last up 1-2 years.

Hair Care
● Gently brush through hair with paddle brush, detangling bottom to top.
● You may co-wash the hair, do so in cool water.
● Recommend using low to free sulfate shampoos, and or silicon mix to maintain hair longevity.
● For protection, use satin bonnets & scarfs and heat protectant when styling.
